Lattissima Touch

Lattissima Touch is a fantastic coffee maker with a sophisticated and elegant appearance. We can recognize that specific Italian style just by looking at this compact little coffee maker. It is made of plastic and it is available in three different colors, black, frosted silver, and creamy white. The color of this coffee machine model determines the price. If the color is unusual the price will be higher.

We have already said that the main differences are the recipe- buttons. Lattissima Touch model has six beverage buttons, and each one of them is pre-set for preparation of one recipe, coffee, espresso, latte, latte macchiato, warm milk, and cappuccino. The beverage volume is also pre-set, but you can adjust that according to your preferences.

The milk carafe and mug are placed on the top of a container-drip tray that has the one-liter capacity. All disposal water will end up in that container. In order to accomodate bigger cups, you will have to remove the drip tray.

The light alarm will alert you when the time for descaling come. The cleaning is simple and you can easily disassemble all the parts that need to be maintained properly. Even the milk carafe can be disconnected from the machine and kept in the fridge in order to preserve milk fresh.

The position of the water reservoir, milk carafe, milk frother,  capsule compartment and the position of coffee mug are completely the same. This model is also made of plastic but in different colors. The Lattissima Plus model can be found in black, white, red, silver, and titanium color.

The only difference is that the Plus model has four one-touch buttons for the beverages. You can make any of the offered six beverage recipes with these 4 buttons. After you use the milk frother just press the clean button to rinse the milk carafe and frothing system.  Piece of cake! At the top of the milk carafe, you can see the milk froth regulator knob that will help you to get the froth just the way you like it.

Which one to choose?

Many people will say that the Lattissima Plus model is easier to use because it has just 4 buttons. All that separates you from your morning pleasure drink is „one touch“. You have to keep in mind that these „2 buttons less“ than the Lattissima Touch model has modified the price. If your coffee machine budget has no limit then you should go with the model that has a higher price.

On the other hand, if you just need a good milk-based coffee, then you won’t make mistake with Lattissima Touch.
